How many guests can the venue accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 100 guests for the wedding ceremony. For a sit-down dinner with trestle tables we can seat 100 guests while our capacity with round tables is closer to 70 guests.

Is the venue licensed for civil ceremonies?

Yes, we are fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies.

Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Yes, we can provide both indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies. Popular outdoor ceremony options include the lawn in front of the barn as well as our patio/courtyard area.

What’s included in the price?

Booking the Flower Field Barn for a weekend wedding includes exclusive use of the venue beginning Friday morning for set up through to Sunday Morning for take down. Tables, chairs and the bar are also included (couples can also choose to pre-pay for different drinks packages at the venue or put a certain amount of money behind the bar).

What days of the week can the venue be booked?

Booking the Flower Field Barn includes exclusive use of the venue over a three day period. Because of this our preferred booking options are Friday through to Sunday (wedding day Saturday) and Tuesday through to Thursday (wedding day Wednesday). Please contact us if you would like to discuss different booking options as well as our prices.

Do you offer in-house catering or can we bring our own caterer?

We have chosen to give couples the opportunity to choose their own caterers to allow for different culinary preferences and budgets. Some couples may wish to have a fully catered sit-down meal, while others may prefer to bring in a food truck for more informal style dining. Couples can also choose to have both styles of catering at different stages of the day.

Can we bring in our own suppliers (caterers, DJs, decorators)?

Yes. Couples are free to bring in all of their own suppliers (with the exception of the bar service).

Do you have any preferred suppliers?

For catering equipment hire we highly recommend Plato Catering hire based in Alcester - the team are local, incredibly well organised and very friendly.

For Floristry we have had a fantastic experience working with Chrissy Barnes (The Enchanted Florist) who is based very nearby in Elmley Castle. Her beautiful work can be seen on her website as well as across our own in the photos showing the room dressed for large wedding parties.

Is there on-site accommodation (or nearby options) for guests?

We are in the process of developing on site accommodation for the bride and groom. The Angel Hotel in Pershore is a 5 minute drive from the venue and has 20 bedrooms available for booking. They also have three holiday cottages. There are also numerous AirBnb rentals available nearby - including more rural style nature stays.

Is there parking or transport access?

Yes we have parking available behind the wedding barn as well as 200 metres from the barn where coaches can turn if they are dropping off guests. The nearest train station is Pershore Train station which is a 10 minute drive.

Do you have disabled access and facilities ?

Yes the venue is fully accessible for disabled guests. There are also disabled bathroom facilities.
